Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 June 2026

These terms govern your use of NibSign. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

1. Free usage

NibSign is currently provided free of charge for individuals and businesses to upload PDF and Word documents, place signing fields, send secure signing links, collect signatures, and store completed documents. We do not require payment to use the core signing experience.

2. Fair usage policy

To keep NibSign reliable and available for everyone, fair usage limits may apply. These limits help protect the service from spam, abuse, and unusually high-volume or automated activity. We may adjust limits over time and may suspend accounts that place an unreasonable load on the service.

3. Prohibited use, abuse and spam

You agree not to use NibSign to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or phishing content
  • Upload or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful material
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service
  • Automate high-volume signing requests beyond fair usage

4. Your documents and responsibilities

You are responsible for the documents you upload and send, including their content, accuracy, and the right to share them with your chosen recipients. You are responsible for ensuring recipients are entitled to receive and sign the documents you send. NibSign does not review the contents of your documents.

5. Electronic signatures and limitations

NibSign helps you collect electronic signatures and maintain a record of signing activity. Electronic signatures are recognised in many jurisdictions, but legal requirements differ by country, document type, and use case. NibSign does not guarantee that any particular signature or document will be legally valid or enforceable for your specific purpose.

6. No legal advice

NibSign provides software, not legal advice. Nothing in the service or on this website is legal advice. For regulated documents or specific legal requirements, you should seek advice from a qualified legal professional.

7. Service availability

NibSign is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim to keep the service running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NibSign is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above. Continued use of NibSign after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
