- IP address and user agent — recorded as part of the signing audit trail
- Document storage — completed signed documents stored for access from your dashboard

- Provide the signing service — uploading, preparing, sending, and storing documents

Document storage
Documents and completed signed documents are stored so you and the relevant parties can access them. Access is controlled — recipients only access the documents assigned to them, and documents are not publicly browsable.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the service (for example, with infrastructure and email delivery providers that process data on our behalf) or where required by law.
Data deletion requests
