• Recipient information — names and email addresses you add as signers

• IP address and user agent — recorded for your account at signup and login, on document signing, and for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, account protection, and audit-trail purposes
• Login and activity timestamps — including signup date, last login time, and document activity
• Document storage — completed signed documents stored for access from your dashboard

We use the information above to:

• Provide the signing service — uploading, preparing, sending, and storing documents
• Deliver secure signing links and email completed copies to all parties
• Maintain an audit trail and document status records
• Keep the service secure and prevent spam, abuse, and fraud
• Respond to support requests

Documents and completed signed documents are stored so you and the relevant parties can access them. Access is controlled — recipients only access the documents assigned to them, and documents are not publicly browsable.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the service (for example, with infrastructure and email delivery providers that process data on our behalf) or where required by law.

You may request deletion of your account and associated documents. Some information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain the integrity of a completed signing record. To make a request, contact us at hello@nibsign.com.
